Returns window
You can request a return within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags/accessories included.
Non-returnable items
Final-sale items, opened personal-care products, and gift cards are not returnable.
Damaged / wrong item
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email support@fliply.store within 5 days of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll replace or refund fast.
How to start a return
Email support@fliply.store with your order number and reason. We’ll send instructions and (if applicable) a return label.

Change-of-mind returns: return shipping may be deducted from your refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the item.
Exchanges
For a faster exchange, place a new order and return the original.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Unclaimed or refused COD orders may be canceled and future COD orders may be declined.
